Canonical Nockchain protocol and release changes outrank Zorp lineage or fixture-authoring signals. State-jam and PMA artifacts must stay metadata-only until filename, hash, size, network, height or event boundary, and producing build are recorded. Receipt-impacting changes must name the Nocksperimental surface that needs a follow-up test before evidence is trusted.
